Green Goddess Smoothie

Yield: 2 servings

Calories per serving: 261

Fat per serving: 1.5 (g)

Carbs per serving: 49 (g)

Protein per serving: 15.9 (g)

Fiber per serving: 8.5 (g)

Green Goddess Smoothie


  • 1 cup of unsweetened rice milk
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup kale
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1 small apple or 1/2 large apple
  • 1 tsp mint leaves
  • - juice of 1/2 lime
  • 1 scoop protein powder


  1. Place everything except ice into a blender and blend until smooth. Add the ice cubes, a few at a time, until desired consistency is reached.
