Crunchy, Tangy, and so addicting!
- 1 bunch kale, washed and leaves removed from center rib
- olive oil spray
- sea salt
- lemon juice
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line 2 baking sheets with aluminum foil and spray with olive oil cooking spray. Place kale on baking sheets and lightly spray with olive oil. Sprinkle with sea salt. Place in oven and bake 4-5 minutes, until crispy. Be careful, it can burn quickly if you don’t keep an eye on it!
2. Remove from oven when crispy and squeeze some fresh lemon juice over the leaves.
