If I had a dime for everytime someone said they want six pack abs, I would be a rich woman.
We all know that abs are what every woman desires! in fact, check out our own “U ROCK GIRL” creator, Tiff Bachus and her amazing abs in the picture above. Tiff has three kids and is well, over the age of 35.
So how does she do it? Well, I have to say, as I know her well, and as I have traveled with her, and observed her, that its all about her lifestyle.
Tiff lives what she preaches. As a registered dietitian, she follows a pattern of healthy clean eating and boy the results, are pretty amazing.
Tiff is on a two hour meal schedule. Like clockwork, the girl is onpoint for eating her well balanced meals. Small portions but constant utilization of protein, carbs, and good fats.
Her reasonable cardio drills, and enjoyable training protocol combined with a clean lifestyle which requires a consistent schedule and exceptional sleep patterns, allows her to reap the benefits of a great looking physique.
Tiff is as real as you can get and this month, she will be giving you her pointers on ab training with good sensible nutrition! But dont be looking for boring theories, or long winded explanations. That is not how she got to where she is. She is a mom on the go, just like many of you… Its not brain surgery- its a life that allows for sweets, treats and fun.
