OPERATION BEAUTIFUL

In the spirit of OPERATION BEAUTIFUL, we want you all to tell us how fabulous you are! Sound funny? Well, it isnt.
All to often, we focus on what we want to improve upon, how big our legs are, how flat our butt is, how loose our abs are. Womens’ self esteem is constantly taking a beating because we focus on the negative.

Instead, focus on what you LOVE about yourself! Its time to put this “constant put down” on ourselves to a rest.

Lets talk positive ladies and lets talk about what we love.
So we want to hear from you!
Tell us, what do you love most about your body and why?

I love that my skin heals itself every time I get a bruise, cut or naughty pimple.
I love my eye lashes after I put on mascara.
Even though my feet are big (EU size 41) without them I can't walk, run or dance any where, yes I like them to especially when my nails are bright pink!;)

I love my stomach because despite having five children, it has a minimum amount of stretch marks and cradled by beautiful babies with ease to bring them safely into my arms. With attention, care and exercise, I'm making it strong again.

I love my shoulders,God made them big and broad so I can let others put their worries on them… They are strong and beautiful and I love that I can wear short sleves and tank tops and people compliment me on how shapely they are.
When I have a possitive attitude my shoulders are always up with my chin held high!!!!

I love my arms. They are strong enough to hug all four of my children at once and soft enough to hold my husband after a rough day. They are also the first body part to tell me that my nutrition is on point, without ever stepping on a scale. My arms bring me the most compliments, so it's no wonder that I love showing them off during the summer!

  15. jenlitz says:

I love my arms because they are strong and because they allow me to be independent; like when carrying groceries to my car – I always challenge myself to carry instead of cart! I also love my eyes because they show my inner soul and tell so much of how I'm feeling just with a look. I love the color of them and am grateful for the gift of sight, so I can appreciate this beautiful world!

I love my smile because it can bring a smile to others. I love my calves because they are strong and take any challenge I give them. I love my shoulders because they respond quickly to training and they are available for my friends to lean on…
